Walk Head First into Snowstorms

Bison have a unique instinct. When Snowstorms approach, animals flee and seek shelter. Bison do not do this.

Instead Bison turn towards the storm and begin walking. Head first, without hesitation.

Some how it is ingrained in their DNA to do this.

Bison instinctively know that if they head into the direction of where the storm is coming, that they will come out the other end of the storm quicker.

This is such metaphor for life. A profound event of nature that teaches us something valuable.

Heading into the storms of life will shorten the time they are upon us.

We suffer the most and the longest when we avoid our storms. Eventually those storms catch up to us and when that happens it is easy to lose your direction.

You don't have to do it with confidence. You can be afraid. You can be terrified. Its okay if your feeling like you are not strong enough.

Head into your storm anyway. It will strengthen you as you get through it. The storm will show you what you are capable of. You will soon realize that you are being transformed into something more resilient and more wise.

Stay heading in the direction that the storm is coming from and you're less likely to lose your way. The way out is traight through.
